Who are you?
I am an independent music producer and composer, not a faceless corporation. I compose 100% original music, no AI, no bots, no generators. My goal is to provide atmospheric, cinematic, and ambient music without the complex legal terms or expensive fees of big stock audio sites. When you buy from here, you are supporting a real artist directly.
If you are a Twitch Streamer, you can use the music for free. Twitch streams are strike/mute-free, but YouTube videos require a purchased license to guarantee monetization without publishing claims.

However, please note that my music is not allowed to be used for radio channels, livestream channels that run music only for example 24/7 music streams.
How can I use the music?
- Live Streamers: You are welcome to stream music from the designated Spotify/YouTube playlists in the background of your live streams for free.
- Film Makers, Content Creators & Developers: If you want to download high-quality audio files to edit into a video, game, podcast, or film, you must purchase a commercial sync license contact me directly at contact@chromacatmusic.com.
What are you NOT ALLOWED to do with the music
You have a lot of freedom, but there are a few strict rules to protect the music for everyone:
- No Streaming Uploads: You cannot upload my tracks to Spotify, Apple Music, SoundCloud, or any other music streaming service.
- No "Music Videos" or Compilations: You cannot publish the music as standalone content (e.g., "1 Hour Ambient Mix" or a video or image with my music) where the music is the main value. The music must be part of a larger project (game, vlog, film, podcast).
- No Content ID: You cannot register my music with any Content ID system or copyright database.
- No Reselling: You cannot resell, sub-license, or redistribute the music files as a "Music Pack" or asset bundle.
Will you get copy strike on YouTube or Twitch
On Twitch: No. Every track in my designated playlists is curated to ensure it is completely safe for live streams and will not trigger automated VOD mutes or DMCA strikes.
On YouTube:To monetize YouTube videos or avoid publishing claims, a commercial sync license is required. Unlicensed uploads on YouTube may be subject to publishing claims.
License for using my music in your video, film, game, project
Purchasing a track grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive commercial license to synchronize the audio into:
- YouTube videos, including monetized and ad-supported content
- Podcasts and online shows
- Indie games and game trailers
- Short films, vlogs, and similar video content
- Twitch stream VODs, highlights, and clips
The music must always be part of a larger project — it cannot be the primary or sole value of the content.
